This is to those who posted comments who had good initial results followed by (probably unrelated ) illness and /or diarhhea days later~ How do you know CBD is the cause of these side effects that occur hours and days later? Suffering unrelated gastric distress, fever, or diarrhea is more likely a bad reaction to something that was eaten, or a virus, or allergic reaction to an environmental cause. I think it is a pretty big leap to blame CBD in many of the above comments. CBD is so beneficial and more studies are concluding they’re real benefits and that side effects are minimal, it’s a shame to deprive yourself or a loved one of the relief from suffering because an unrelated case of diarhhea presented three days later!
I have to agree with Tanya. The higher the mg in the bottle, the fewer drops you take to equal the smaller dose from a lower mg bottle. Right? I actually clicked this article hoping to find info about actual CBD content. I read a COA report for a brand out of CO that said it is .6% CBD. That seems way low. But I know nothing about this stuff yet. I used to just smoke regular ole weed back when a quarter ounce cost $25 and based my choice on smell and appearance… or availability…. I feel like I need to be a little more scientific now.
One the most well known benefits of the CBD oil comes from treatment of seizure related illnesses. A 2014 Stanford University study showed great results for use of CBD to treat children with epilepsy. The study revealed that cannabidiol oil helps reduce the amount of seizures a kid with epilepsy might face; it helped reduce the number of seizures in a day by 1/2. The most significant part of the study was that the participants were patients who had a tough time controlling their epilepsy via the traditional medications. This is great information for the people with drug resistant forms of epilepsy, and for the families that are hesitant to put their kids on many different types of drugs at an early age.

The main thing to consider when figuring out how to find the right strength CBD oil is to realize that everyone’s internal biochemistry is different – while your friend may be able to relieve her anxiety with just a single 3 mg dose, you may require several times that much in order to obtain the same results. Or, you may not find any relief at all. This is why it’s important to start off with the smallest possible dose, and work up from there.
